イルガ

ilgha に同じ。民間医学でいう病気の一種で、背中や胴に針先ほどの赤い点が現れ、それを針でほじって中の糸状のものを取り除くと治るとされる。

The same as ilgha: a disease in traditional medicine in which small red spots appear on the back and trunk; it is said to be cured by picking out a thread-like thing from the spot with a needle.
